1. HOW WILL A POOPSIE CAT LITTER BOX HELP ME? ... I don't
have a cat urine odor problem.
I remember when we cleaned our litter boxes the old
way and it was very time consuming using a hand-held scooper and
sometimes very frustrating trying to maintain our litter boxes.
Our Poopsie Cat litter box will help you if you want a Faster,
Easier and more Effective way to clean a cat box
in less than a minute - and still maintain a no-urine smell box using the litter of your choice.
2. HOW CAN I SAVE MONEY BY USING
A POOPSIE CAT LITTER BOX?
Well, Regular Clay Litter lasts a lot longer in our Poopsie
Cat litter box. A 10 pound bag of litter last up to 18 days with
two or three cats using the same box. We find it's best to replace
CLAY Litter with new litter on the 1st and the 15th of every month need it or not... That's right, we use only two 10 pound bags a month.
Scoopable Clumping Litter also lasts a lot longer in a Poopsie cat litter box
because you'll be able to remove those stuck-on clumps without them
breaking-up and falling back into the clean litter. Most cat owners don't know that small urine soaked scoopable litter granules that fall back into the clean clumping litter is what makes clumping litter smell like cat urine. That's why at some point you must completely replace all of the clumping Litter.
You'll also save because you don't have to buy anything extra. No cover up sprays or scents, powers, plastic liners etc. So, yes! You'll save money using a Poopsie Cat litter box. We do.
3. HOW LONG WILL POOPSIE'S
LITTER BOXES AND CLEANING -SCREEN LAST?
Our litter boxes are made of strong, durable plastic
and our Patented Litter Cleaning Screen is made using (rust proof)
galvanized heavy-duty wire mesh screen with the wire edges safely
encased in a durable, heavy duty plastic frame. It has no moving
parts and comes with sturdy plastic handles for easy handling. With
reasonable care our Litter Box will work and last for
years.
4. I USE SCOOPABLE CLUMPING LITTER-
HOW CAN POOPSIE'S LITTER BOX HELP ME?
More often than not, cats dribble urine deposits down
the inside walls and corners, plus they stick urine clumps to the
bottom of a litter box. These deposits can not always be seen and
are difficult and time consuming to remove. The secret to an easy-to-clean
litter box is to separate the clean litter from any fecal droppings,
urine clumps, and stuck-on urine deposits. That's what Poopsie's litter box is all about when it comes to clumping litter, it will expose fecal and urine clumps in one-step, along with exposing stuck-on urine clumps for easy removal.
5. I USE REGULAR CLAY LITTER - HOW LONG WILL CLAY LITTER
LAST IN A POOPSIE CAT BOX?
Another secret to a no urine smell litter box is to
use this guide. With one cat, regular clay litter should be replaced
with a 10-pound bag of new litter every 25 to 28 days. With two or three
cats using the same box, litter should be replaced with a 10-pound
bag every 15 days. (We replace our litter on the 1st and the 15th
of each month) THESE DATES are easy to remember. Replace CLAY Litter
with new litter - on the 1st and the 15th of every month... Even if it doesn't smell. Replace it.
6. HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO CLEAN
POOPSIE'S NEW LITTER BOX?
With one cat, every other day will work depending
on your cat's size and wetting habits. However, with two or three cat's using the same
box, daily cleaning is a must if you want to maintain an odor free
cat box. But you won't mind - only takes a minute.
7. SHOULD I THROW AWAY MY HAND
HELD LITTER SCOOPER?
No. A hand held scooper is an important tool for any
litter box. For whatever reason, some cats don't always bury their
fecal droppings. If this happens, you'll find it convenient to just
scoop it off the top of the litter and dispose of it to the outside trashcan. Our litter box cleaning instructions will show you a
sanitary place to keep the (complimentary) hand-held scooper that
comes with Poopsie's Complete Litter Box so it will always be at
your fingertips - IF NEEDED.
8. CAN I USE OLD LITTER
AND TRANSFER IT TO THE NEW BOX?
No. You need to start with new, fresh litter. Then
follow our litter replacement guidelines to get the maximum use
from the new litter.
9. HOW MUCH LITTER
SHOULD I PUT IN POOPSIE'S LITTER BOX?
When using regular clay litter, a 10-pound bag will
do the job. When using clumping litter, 10-12 pounds of premium
clumping litter is recommended. In either case, you want the litter
(two and a half) to 3 inches deep at all times. You'll find all of our litter boxes are
clearly marked for (litter level) on the inside of each box. NOTE: Not enough litter in a
cat box will encourage cats to urinate somewhere else in your home. Don't make that mistake.
10. SHOULD POOPSIE'S LITTER
BOXES AND CLEANING SCREEN EVER BE RINSED-OFF?
Yes, at least once a month - or more often if you
prefer. All 4-pieces can be rinsed off outside with a garden hose if that's
available or they can be rinsed off in the bathroom tub or shower
area with soap and hot water. Poopsie's (two box set) allows you
to rinse-out either box and rinse-off the cleaning screen anytime
you want.
11. WHAT SIZE IS POOPSIE'S
LITTER BOX? ... I have a big cat.
Our litter box size is 20 inches long 16 inches wide
and 6 ½ inches deep. Cat lovers agree this size box is just right
for easy handling and large enough to handle just about every size
cat. You will find this size box to be the perfect size. It's deep
enough to help keep litter in the box and it's a little longer
and a little wider than a standard size litter box.
12. IS YOUR LITTER BOX
TO HIGH FOR MY CAT(S) TO GET-IN AND OUT-OF?
Don't worry about your cat(s) getting into their new
litter box just because the boxes are stacked on top of each other.
The truth is, Poopsie's litter box only stands a few inches higher
than the bottom litter box. And cats don't have any trouble getting
in and out of the box.
13. THE NUMBER ONE QUESTION ASKED…
